Sports CAMPS

FUNdamentals Sport Camp offers camps that focuses on distance, speed and agility, and sports conditioning.
Camps are as follows:

Distance: Saturdays 9:15a.m.-11:15a.m., Lake Merritt *NEW TIME: Starts 15-minutes earlier
5 years of age and up 

    • The fundamentals of distance running will be the focus
    • June 12, 19, 26
    • July 10, 24. 31
    • August 7, 14, 21, 28
       

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sports Conditioning: Saturdays 8a.m.-9a.m., Lake Merritt
11 years of age and up


    • Overall strength and conditioning to prepare the athlete for fall sports.
    • June 12, 19, 26
    • July 10, 24. 31
    • August 7, 14, 21, 28
       

 

 

 

Speed and Agility: Sundays 9a.m.-11a.m., Track (location tba)
7 - 13 years of age

    • Campers will focus on drills that will help improve speed, agility, and coordination. This camp is useful for athletes in sports where footwork and speed are essential, such as basketball, football, soccer, and running (i.e. track/cross country).

    • August 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

Individual Lessons
All ages

    • Work on skills with a qualified trainer/coach. Personal and mini-group lessons available upon request. Times and prices may vary.
